About the Hotel

In-Power will be held at Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa. Take in views of the Gulf from our beachfront resort. What Are We Doing To Ensure The Safety Of Our Participants?

My Life My Design is committed to the safety and well-being of our guests, participants, and staff. We are aware of the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 that exists in any public place where people are present. Our team is maintaining current, proactive knowledge on the status of COVID-19 and the delta variant.

Because of our commitment to ensure your safety and well-being, our on-site team of staff and volunteers will be required to wear masks and have a negative COVID-19 test prior to the event. Given our stand for consciousness and choice on the planet, we are strongly requesting all of our guests wear a mask while attending the event, regardless of vaccination status. Masks may be removed while eating or drinking.

As part of your preparations for attending the event, we strongly encourage you to have a negative COVID-19 test before you travel. My Life My Design will be offering a free COVID-19 mail-in testing kit option as well as providing information on local testing in your area. Please email our team at for more information.

We recommend that you wear a mask as you travel for extra precaution, regardless of vaccination status.

If extenuating circumstances arise, we will host the event virtually with little change to the event schedule. Please continue to hold space for November 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, as we do not plan to cancel the event or shift our dates, even if we host from a virtual platform.

Risk Free Satisfaction Guaranteed 

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Simply email My Life My Design Customer Service Department at at least 10 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. A $35 fee will apply. Transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact our Customer Service Department. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward any future My Life My Design event for up to one full year from your original event date. Some restrictions apply. A complimentary enrollment is valid for the event date listed and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

Which airport should I fly into?

We recommend flying into RSW Southwest Florida International Airport which is about a 1 hour drive from Hilton Marco Island. 


Are there shuttles from the airport to the hotel?

We recommend using Canary Transportation Shuttle Service to/from RSW Airport. Rates from RSW to Marco Island start at $79. Click here to reserve a shuttle now!


What is the parking rate?

Registered guests parking rates are $15.00 for self and $25.00 for valet parking. Non hotel guests will be charged an hourly rate up to $15.00 a day. 


What is the resort fee?

The Hotel Resort Fee will be charged on a nightly basis at $35 plus 12% tax to each room and includes the following: Guest room internet access, two bottles of water daily, two chairs & one umbrella on the beach, two beach towels, 10% off an 80 minute Spa massage, 10% off non-motorized beach equipment, Daily Resort Activities/Entertainment.


Are there discounted room rates for the hotel?

Yes! Our group rate is $289.00 per night at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort. Once you register, your confirmation email will contain the special link to book your room reservation with our group rate!


How early should I arrive for the event?

We recommend checking in on Monday, November 1st. Please keep in mind Halloween is Sunday, October 31st. Plan accordingly!


What time is check-in and check-out?

Guest check in is 4:00 P.M. Guest check out is 11 A.M. Requests for late checkouts should be directed through the Front Office. Late checkouts are handled on a case-by-case basis
and are subject to availability and prevailing room rates.


When should I plan to check out of the hotel?

We recommend staying through Friday November 5th to give yourself ample time to make your travel arrangements.
